Exchange & Return Policy

1. Cancelling your order before shipping:

You can cancel the order at no cost, provided it has not yet been shipped.

If you place an order and want to cancel it, you should contact immediately our Customer Service and ask for the cancellation via the e-mail customer.care@mintysquare.com . This procedure is essential to trigger the cancellation process. If the cancellation request is communicated in a timely manner, the client will be notified and cancellation will be processed at no cost to the client.

If the request for cancellation is not done before the products are sent, they will be shipped to the client. If the client maintains the intention to cancel the order, the client should refuse to receive it. The products will be returned and, after being received by MINTY, the refund will be processed, and the shipping costs will be deducted from the amount you will receive.

2. Return of faulty products:

The client has the right to return the products delivered if they have defects or other non-compliances.

The reception of faulty items must be reported to MINTY via the e-mail customer.care@mintysquare.com within 3 (three) days of receiving the order, including a photograph that documents the defects. If your complaint is justified, the amount paid for the product and for the shipping charges will be refunded.

MINTY reserves the right to refuse the return of products with visible signs of use, which have been washed or transformed in any way.

3. Returning products:

The client may return the product(s) ordered fourteen (14) days after receiving them, provided that:

  a) The product(s) have not been used;
  b) The product(s) maintain their original features and labels intact;
  c) The product(s) are complete. All material accompanying the orders must be returned to MINTY.

The client shall request the return by sending an e-mail to customer.care@mintysquare.com explaining why you wish to return of your order.

Once the returned product is received, MINTY will review and confirm its condition and, where applicable, will refund within fifteen (15) days the amount paid by the client without any expenses.

If the returned products are damaged or worn, MINTY reserves the right not to accept the return and refuse to refund the client.

Please note that if the return has been made for reasons other than the existence of justified defects or non-conformity of the products ordered, MINTY will not make the reimbursement of the shipping costs. Therefore, MINTY will not reimburse the cost of delivery initially supported by the customer for the respective order.



If you want to exchange the product ordered by another size or another article, please send an e-mail communicating this intention to customer.care@mintysquare.com . MINTY will contact you within 3 (three) business days with the information necessary for the exchange.
