Objetivos, atividades e resultados esperados:
O principal Objetivo do Projeto “Plano de Negócios da Minty” passa pela aquisição de um estudo que permitirá à empresa guiar o desenvolvimento da sua empresa a curto e médio prazo, mediante um conjunto de objetivos e metas a estabelecer no próprio plano.

De forma sucinta, o plano de negócios da Minty deverá cumprir 3 grandes funções:
- Ajudar o empreendedor a compreender as várias vertentes do seu negócio (mercado, produto, modelo de financiamento, modelo de negócios, drivers de crescimento e riscos do negócio);

- Guiar o desenvolvimento da empresa a curto, médio e longo-prazo mediante um conjunto de objetivos previamente estabelecidos;

- Ser um apoio para apresentação da Minty a outras partes interessadas (investidores, parceiros, etc.).
